So you may have noticed around 11PM (10/22/19) that support was a bit wonky - well turns out a few things needed updates to work properly, so upgrades were done, running nice and snappy!
Should bring more stability, still tuning features as some folks opened tickets and they remained open but never was something I was alerted to (Very sorry about that!) I’ve caught up on all of them, but some were over a month old - really sorry about that! Adjusting all SLA and reporting rules now to ensure everything is looking good.
Really working hard to bring things up to snuff, just been a crazy round of chemo, but the adjustments tonight should help! Let me know if you are having any issues!
